Top-ups
For when a month needs more. Top-up credits last 12 months, and Lexora spends them after your plan's credits. Available on any plan.
Do unused credits carry over?
A plan's credits renew every month, on yearly plans too, and unused ones don't carry over. Top-up credits last 12 months from the day you buy them. Lexora always spends the credits that end first.
What happens when I run out?
Buy a top-up or move to a bigger plan. An upgrade starts right away and you pay the difference. Everything you've made stays readable either way.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time. A cheaper plan starts when your current period ends and must fit your seats and storage. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, your work stays, and your top-up credits wait for your next plan.
What if a Run fails?
If a Run fails or stops responding because of Lexora, its credits go back to the grant they came from.
Who handles payments and tax?
Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. It takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies and sends your invoices. Your card statement shows Paddle.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of any payment. If you haven't spent the credits it bought, you get all of it back; if you have, you get back the share for the credits you haven't spent. The refund policy says how to ask.
